Next Step Disability Service has been established in response to local community demand for quality disability support services. We constantly strive to work alongside our participants to improve their life, to ensure that they are accepted into the community, and to eliminate the stigma associated with disability and mental illness.
Next Step Disability Service’s mission is to inspire and empower people living with disability or mental illness to live a productive life. Our services promote dignity and self-worth, and the involvement of participants and family in any decision making to do with their lives. Our core values are built upon notions of individuality, responsiveness, collaboration, fairness, diversity and innovation.
